Shipping

How it works: you order, we process, then we ship!

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1-3 business days (orders placed after 3PM are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You'll receive a shipment notification email as soon as your package ships. Your delivery time will vary on the shipping speed you select.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number in the email.

All orders that are $50 and over (with a shipping address within the U.S.) are eligible for free shipping. 

Shipping addresses outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for free shipping and customers will be able to choose from various shipping options with different rates.

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we are not responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.

If there is an issue with your order, notify us within 3-5 business days of receiving order at support@heybeautybox.com. If we are not notified within this specific time frame, we reserve the right to deny claim or honor any information after that date. 

We require photos of the incorrect item(s) and the invoice to support claim. Hey Beauty Box reserves the right to honor/dishonor claim without credible information to support claim. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

We only ship to the U.S. & Canada. We will keep you updated once this changes!

Rewards Program

Our rewards program allows you to collect points with every purchase! You can redeem these points for discount codes and other special offers.

Additionally, by joining our rewards program, you will be able to enter our giveaways and receive exclusive rewards!

Click the "Rewards" button in the lower right hand corner. From there, you can create an account and learn more about how the point system works.

At checkout, look at the right hand side where it says "Discount code." Enter in the code and click "Apply."

If the promo code you enter is valid, we'll immediately apply the discount to your order total and show you the updated amount.
